Sound Bath – A Journey Into Deep Relaxation and Inner Balance
Sound baths are a powerful practice that uses sacred instruments to restore harmony within the body and mind. So called, because you are ‘bathed’ in sounds. Through vibrations and frequencies, a sound bath guides you into a deeply relaxed state, helping to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support emotional and physical healing.
Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, shakers and other ancient instruments have been used for centuries for spiritual and therapeutic purposes. When sound waves move through the body, they stimulate cells, promote circulation, and help realign our energy. Sound frequencies interact with brainwaves, creating the perfect conditions for meditation, stress release, creative clarity, and inner peace.
What to Expect:
A Sound bath is a passive experience. You lie down or sit comfortably in a gently lit space, perhaps wrapped in a blanket, and receive sound in a state of restful awareness.
The session begins with a short relaxation meditation to ground you. You’ll then be immersed in 45 minutes of sound, created through a combination of bowls, gongs, chimes, and intentional silence. These sounds resonate through your entire body—balancing the physical body, soothing the emotional body, and quieting the mind.
Whether you fall asleep, feel emotion rising, or simply enjoy deep stillness, there is no right or wrong experience. After the session, you’ll have the chance to reflect or gently leave in your own peaceful space. Most people report feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
Join us and experience the transformative effects of sound healing—returning you to a natural state of ease, balance, and deep inner peace.
