“The customer service is above and beyond, they literally couldn’t do any more for me as a regular hirer. The staff both behind the scenes, on the front desk and in the cafe are all friendly and helpful, making my weekly visits a pleasure (often indulging in a coffee and cake before or after too). The facilities are modern and clean and I love having the Beacon as one of my venues. A* facility and venue!”
