Jigsaw Stage Productions are pleased to be bringing a well loved musical to Wantage in November, ‘The Sound of Music’ written by Rodgers and Hammerstein. The story of Maria and the Von Trapp family will delight you with it’s award winning score, including, ‘My Favourite Things’, ‘Do-Re-Mi’, ‘Climb Every Mountain’, and ‘Edelwieiss’.
‘The Sound of Music’ tells the true tale of the world-famous singing family, from their romantic beginnings and search for happiness to their thrilling escape to freedom as Austria becomes part of the Third Reich at the start of WWII.
